WE MAKE RETURNS EASY! Just Please Call Toll Free 866-443-7279 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). WE MAKE EXCHANGES EASY! We Pay the Shipping Expense to send you your replacement item. Items must have original tags intact & not removed, and arrive in resalable as new, unwashed condition. Hats must not be reshaped; Reshaped Hats are not accepted. Footwear must be unworn, not scuffed. Shipping: Buyer may not choose shipping method when free shipping is offered. Boots Must have an Outer cover/Box as seen when they arrive . DO NOT tape the Boot Box or Stetson Special Hat Boxes. A $5 Fee is charged for the Replacement of the Box or Tags from the Manufacturer which we pass on. International Customs duties, Fees and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
