Simple 30 Day Return Policy

The item must be in its original condition with tags not removed nor any hat re-shaped!
You Must Call First to receive a RA (Return Authorization) Without an RA# Credit may be delayed.
We do not provide call tags.
If any item arrives to you in a Damaged Container Please refuse it from the carrier before opening and we will reship your item ASAP.
If Killer Hats in any way errored in shipping the wrong item or a size originally ordered (Not size exchanges), Killer will be resposible correction for shipping in both directions within the 50 United States. We do not provide prepaid shipping tags for any other reason.
Returns/Exchanges/Credits
We return item costs only on items where S/H is charged!
Free Freight. For Returns of items where Freight was not Charged (Free Freight) a 15% re-stocking fee is charged.
Free Freight where aplicable is only for the initial shipment not for exchanges where freight is charged.
We will request a PayPal or Credit Card to pay the carrier of your choice for return shipping. You may use your own account with FedEx or UPS or by sending a Postage Tag back with your exchange.
Killer Hats generally ships within 3 business days. If you are requesting overnight, 2nd or 3rd day air by FedEx you must call for your shipping date and advise us as orders are automatically processed in the order they arrive
Please note that Free Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States when applicable only applies to first shipment ground service and not for exchanges.

DIM (dimensional Weight) are adjusted by carrier and customer agrees that their card will be charged accordingly. Customers understand that choosing overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day for Free Shipping does not apply.
You may contact FedEx, UPS or the Postal Service regarding their policies for any refunds for shipping applicable to them.
Of course products labeled discontinued or closeouts that are purchased are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Killer Hats Provides the Customs # and Track and Confirm # at point of debarcation to all International Customers. Although we ship Daily to most points world wide without mishap. Buyers assumes any & all risks in item, from item manufacturing to delivery when ordering due to International freight costs. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.
International customers understand that consumer assumes total responsibility for delivery beyond the U.S.A. 50 States via Postal Service as live tracking is not available.
