The item must be in its original condition with tags not removed nor any hat re-shaped!
You Must Call First to receive a RA (Return Authorization) Without an RA# Credit May be Delayed.
Also Return Address may not be in our PA Office. They go back to shipping warehouse which may not be same as on original ship tag.
The item must be returned in its original shipping, Boots and shoes must have an outer container and not simply sent back in a shoe box. Generaly the carriers will wreck those boxes (They are not meant for shipping) and we will not accept the return if damaged.
.If any item arrives to you in a damaged container it must be refused to the carrier.


If Killer Hats in any way errored in shipping the wrong item or a size originally ordered (Not size exchanges, Killer will pay for its correction by paying for shipping in both directions.


Returns/Exchanges/Credits
We return item costs only on items where S/H is charged! A $3.50 per item restocking fee applies to returns only, not to exchanges.
On items that are shipped Freight Free a 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are a paid service of the carrier. You may contact UPS or the Postal Service regarding their policies for any refunds for shipping applicable to them.

For Exchanges in sizes, or Colors we may ship back via standard mail w/delivery confirmation as well as fedEx or UPS. purchase.
Products labeled discontinued or closeouts that are purchased are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
Carrier Insurance: FedEx & UPS shipments are automatically insured for $100. If you require more insurance you may simply state "Insure" in the comments section of your order form. We will then insure you to the value of your purchase and you will be charged accordingly when we process your order. U.S.P.S shipments are not automatically insured. If you want USPS insurance you may simply state "Insure" in the comments section of your order form. We will then charge the stated insurance amount to your purchase.
Signature Confirmation
You may also request signature confirmation. For both UPS and domestic U.S.P.S Priority Mail. If you would like this to be added simply state "signature" in Comments. This is an added charge by all carriers which we will show in the sales slip and charge to the purchase.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Killer Hats Provides the Customs # and Track and Confirm # at point of debarcation to all International Customers. We Cannot assume any responsibility at all once it leaves the USA as we cannot control or receive information from foreign governments Postal Services. Customer may purchase Insurance upon request via email and buyers understands that US Insurance co. delays payment between 90 and 120 days while they await confirmation from foreign postal systems.


The Insurance charges of any carrier are not shown in checkout.


Killer Hats liability for delivery ends when item is scanned by the carrier at the delivery point. If an uninsured item is lost on route, Killer Hats is not liable for its replacement. If an insured item is lost or stolen en route Killer Hats is responsible for its replacement and Killer Hats will replace the item free of charge including freight costs Our Policies for returns and exchanges are final. Our manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
